Fiona is a CORU Registered Physiotherapist with over 14 years of clinical experience. She qualified from the University of Salford, Manchester, in 2010 and began her career in the NHS, where she gained experience across a wide range of specialities, including respiratory and neurology. However, her primary focus has been in orthopaedics and musculoskeletal outpatients.
Since transitioning to private practice in 2015, Fiona has worked with individuals of all ages, helping them move pain-free and return to the activities they love whether it’s a short walk or competitive sport. She is passionate about rehabilitation and injury prevention, ensuring each patient receives tailored care to achieve their goals.
Fiona is a registered member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists and holds additional qualifications in sports rehabilitation and youth development:

- Injury Prevention Programme for Donaghmoyne Football Team
- Vestibular Rehabilitation (Concussion Management)(2024)
A highly decorated GAA sportswoman, Fiona has a deep-rooted passion for sport and continues to play Gaelic football with her local club, Donaghmoyne in Monaghan. She is passionate about promoting kids to stay active and help them be fit and healthy so they can enjoy sport/physical activity from childhood through to adulthood.
